Ky Bishop

Ky Bishop serves as the Staff Chaplain for Strike and its family of companies across the United States.

Ky’s role as Staff Chaplain is to aid and assist the balance between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health of all employees. From spiritual encouragement to crisis counseling, Ky is available around the clock to provide needed help and guidance to the 6000+ Strike employees, assisting them in coping with their personal and professional life issues. With over 30 years of experience in leadership and ministry, Ky has a unique skill set to serve and relate with employees from the field to the executive level. As with any other chaplain or counselor, all relationships are permission-based and completely confidential, allowing the employee to remain in control of depth and extent of the relationship and its growth.

In addition to providing assistance to the Strike staff, Ky manages Campaign for Change, the philanthropic, volunteer and humanitarian initiatives at Strike. Campaign for Change was launched in December 2012 and has logged over 50,000 volunteer hours and has contributed financially to over 300 charitable organizations, creating a positive impact on communities and people where Strike is engaged in business opportunities.
