Mr. George P. Mitchell inducted the first class of Hometown Heroes in 1999, as part of The Woodlands’ 25th Anniversary celebration. Since this time, 150 individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations have received this honor.  Heroes are celebrated at The Woodlands Celebration of Excellence Gala, which will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott.

HOMETOWN HERO NOMINATIONS

COMMITMENT

Demonstrate commitment and dedication to the South Montgomery County community.

ROLE MODEL

Be a positive role model in our community.

LEADERSHIP

Provide leadership to their peers.

IMPROVE LIVES

Help significantly to improve lives and/or community conditions through their service.

ENRICH LIVES

Enrich the lives of others while asking nothing in return but the satisfaction of having served.

VOLUNTEERISM

Perform their volunteer work in Zip Codes 77380-77382, 77384-77386, 77389 & 77375 in the Village of Creekside Park and 77354 in the Village of Sterling Ridge.
